Adhesive

The addition of hollow glass microspheres can reduce the density, effectively control the thickness of the adhesive layer, reduce shrinkage and cracking, and give it heat insulation, sound insulation, insulation and other properties. Silicones, epoxy resins, acrylics, urethanes and the like may be added. According to the type of adhesive and application scenarios, Saint Wright can recommend other special surface treatment beads to help customers solve different needs.

Advantages of hollow glass microspheres in adhesives

● Lightweight, hollow, high-strength sphere with the highest strength/density ratio, suitable for a variety of process conditions;

● Effectively reduce the proportion, add 3-6wt% beads, the proportion of about 5-20%;
