Energy Efficient


Compared with traditional thermal insulation materials, the thermal insulation materials added with HOLLOWLITE Hollow Glass Sphere have obvious advantages in thermal conductivity, thermal insulation structure and other aspects.

Hollow Glass Sphere are micron-sized hollow closed spheres with thin gas inside. Their excellent thermal conductivity (0.038-0.085 W/m.K) makes the coating have very good heat insulation effect. Spherical hollow microspheres are easy to form a high-strength and low-density hemispherical reflective layer on the surface. The reflective heat insulation coating added with hollow microspheres blocks more than 85% of the sun's heat on the surface of the coating, thus playing the role of reflection and heat insulation.

Hollow Glass Sphere are added to the zinc-rich primer to prevent the steel structure from cracking when the paint film expands and shrinks under extreme conditions, and prevent the cracks from continuing to spread in the early stage of crack formation in time to improve the anti-corrosion effect.
